:) Two years difference & a stone lighter :) lifting most days, with 5 mins cardio just as warm up. Love the results <3

Yep I think its inevitable. I lost around a stone and went from a DD/E to a C :'(

Injuries are all part of gym life :D I've lost a toenail dropping a 10kg weight on my toe, skinned both shins doing box jumps, pinched my finger in between plates...... think I'm a bit of a liability

Hi small people :) I'm 5ft1 (I like to think I'm 5ft2 though!) and weigh 108 lbs. Body fat just over 20%. I weight train 5 days a week and live a healthy lifestyle. Still want to drop a little more body fat but the slow progress is driving me crazy.

Thanks. I haven't necessarily been doing things that wrong, but just should be consuming more calories than I am. Loving my healthy lifestyle though - that won't change o:)

If I'm hungry then I eat, am very healthy, but would just like to see more muscle definition which doesn't seem to be happening. Even if my BMR is just a guide, I'm eating way under it at the moment.
