Getting the shakes.....
I'm prepping for my first comp and currently on around 1600 cals a day. P 35% C 35% F 30% My diet is 95% clean and I eat regularly around every 2.5/3 hours, but seem to be feeling constantly hungry and getting the shakes..... sometimes 30 mins after eating! I'm wondering if this could just be a 'hormonal' thing?

Neeeeed sleeeeeep
I'm surviving on around 6 hours of sleep a night, sometimes much less, and it's taking its toll. Finding it hard to function, let alone train as hard as I want to. Any amazing tips on how to stay asleep instead of waking up several times in the night?

What's best to eat. On the website it says 466 calories for a supergrain salad with 1/4 chicken breast.... 1/4???? Are they having a laugh or am I reading it wrong? :/

Rest day
Giving myself a well-deserved rest from training today..... I'm way too tired and I've eaten loads more carbs than I normally would. Just going with the flow and listening to my body :)

Did a pretty solid abs workout today. My training is usually heavy lifting, barbell squats, kettle bells etc. so I don't feel like I over trained! Hit a brick wall
I train hard but not seeing any real change in definition from a few months ago. Could this just be down to my nutrition? My diet has been very low carb but I've realised i need them for muscle repair and growth so eating much more now.

Curry time!
