This is the result of 9 months hard work, healthy eating and serious dedication. Now I look back at the pics I can see how it's paid off

Well, that might be the only piece of advice I haven't quite used yet! But I am making more of an effort to hit my target as it stands now and not worrying so much about my macros. My diary's open.....1

@TavistockToad Thank you. I do plan to increase my calories, but want to do it slowly in the hope that I can keep it going instead of giving up because it's just too difficult0

I don't over train any more.
I've maintained my weight and built lean muscle over the last year or so, so whatever I've done has worked so far. What I want though is to take my fitness to the next level so I'm listening to all the great advice given on here: reducing my training days and increasing my food intake.3 -

Thank you My intake is set at 1730 but I probably eat more like 14001 -

OK, yesterday wasn't a great day... agreed! I'd had a rubbish nights' sleep and wasn't feeling great so didn't eat as much as I should have.1
