    Do you work out? And do you eat back those calories or no?

    Wanting to build a little more lean muscle and lose a little body fat too. I train 5 days a week - but probably don't eat back all the calories I burn

    That transformation in 9 months was obviously not done with extreme dieting. And 108 lbs at 5'2" is perfectly healthy.

    Absolutely not! Three healthy meals a day, healthy snacks morning & afternoon. I dont go hungry!! Plus training too

    This is a support forum, not a judgement forum. I think if you're at a place where you are feeling good about yourself and are finding a balance, keep doing what's working for you. Tweak as necessary until you get that balance fine tuned.
