Amazing, well done to you both, lovely to see a couple on the journey together whereas normally reading posts about unsupportive partners.

May be you are not drinking enough during the day. I try not to drink too close to bedtime and don't want to have to get up in the night! I've never been a big drinker 1-2 litres tops.

Another WW defector, lost on it in past but put all back on. So far 2 st 4 lbs lost on MFP since January. No more forbidden foods, if it fits in my calorie allowance I can have it while colleagues still going without due to points and sins!!

I've found all the Les Mills classes and logged.

72 for me in UK, trying to stay ahead of husband!!

Peeling a peach would just be too messy though admit I go more for nectarines as prefer skin texture on them. Husband eats kiwi skins I've never tried.

Really see the difference, well done.
-
Great achievement, well done.

You're never too old, well done.

In UK you can often buy small sachets of 2 portions so can try before commiting to bulk purchase. They vary according to what you mix them with too. I use PhD diet whey and like all the flavours Ive tried so far, vanilla, strawberry and chocolate made with no sugar almond milk.

5:2 is intermittent fasting diet, 2 days in a week eating 600 calories and 5 days eating at normal calories. Ive done in past with success.

How accurate is your calorie counting? You say you had one bad day but how bad was that day? How accurate is your exercise calorie allowance? Give it time then think about maybe eating back less of exercise calories but main advice is being very accurate with calorie logging. Don't expect quick results but go slow and…

Well done, so pleased for you. :)

Big fan of both , instructor quality has big bearing. Have built up good circle of friends at classes. Technique more important than weight in pump. Love combat, real stress reliever. Not so keen on attack, aerobics on speed .....

If you don't track you can't get an idea of true picture. I've often had month with no weight lost then 2lbs gone overnight. Two weeks not long enough for a plateau in my opinion. If you track and get better stats you'll get better advice. Give it more time.

2 slices of wholemeal bread with marmalade, diet whey vanilla protein made with almond milk and an omega 3 fish oil capsule ... followed by trip to gym for some cardio.

Why not make your own, both a homemade pasta pot or a sandwich would taste so much better and you can dictate the content. If I had to buy either would probably go for a sandwich.

Concentrate on the calories and perhaps add in some toning exercise but your body will decide where it wants to shrink. Don't get fixated on specific areas as could lead to disappointment, I'm just happy to see lbs dropping off.

As long as you get a healthy calorie intake doesn't matter when you have them. Sounds like intermittent fasting and lots of people do that.
-
So why drink it then? It isn't a magic potion and drinking tea or not drinking tea really won't make a difference.

I've got a pair of black jeans mocking me in the wardrobe, can get them on again now, just need to be able to zip them up, nearly there ....

Well done .....

You need to log accurately and honestly even on cheat days to see the real picture. Its not a guessing game and a few extra calories here and there can soon add up.
-
Sedentary, have desk job and that equates to only 3000 steps but I do lots of exercise and log this separately, eating a portion of these calories back.
-
If you can walk away or choose a better option you do feel proud but sometimes we deserve a treat, I try and ration to a couple of squares of dark chocolate or half a cake!!

Exercise can be relaxing and relieve stress/help you to unwind. You have to listen to your body but sometimes exercise may help. I sleep well after evening workout.

Hope its the first of many ....

Great stuff, it does get easier though then you increase resistance to work harder. Lots of new starters tend to put all their weight through their arms when standing which means its the arms that give out rather than the legs. I couldn't stand and change gear first time did class. You'll soon be hooked, real buzz after…

I use nearest items from database but often a guestimate; we all have to enjoy ourselves during this process and I don't get hung up over occasional meal out that's roughly logged.

I'm on 1200 a day too being short and tend to try and only eat half my exercise calories as think often inflated amounts given for exercise. You have to find what works for you to create a steady loss.
