Love spinning. Never worn special cycling shorts, my butt has its own padding! Water, towel and non-flappy leggings, know people who have been injured getting them caught in wheel! Get there early to get bike set up, don't expect or try to keep up, take it steady and just aim to keep pedalling, worry about gears etc after…

Les Mills bodypump is listed in cardiovascular, logs at 315 for 55 min class for me though I don't eat all my exercise calories as think tend to be over estimated.
-
WOW!! Great results.

I've reached my limit with weight increase, can't physically lift more than 15kg over my head for squat track, still get good workout from pump class. Some people lift heavy but can't maintain technique or complete reps.

SW and WW don't seem to teach portion control, how can potatoes and pasta be "free"? Count calories, far more effective and help make better food choices.

People are usually friendly or in their own bubble and just doing their own thing. Never had bad experience though go to small UK gym.

Definitely, smile says it all .....

Looking good, definite big change visible.

Exercise is exercise regardless of the time of day you do it. I do mainly in evenings after work Mon-Fri, morning on Saturday and if off work will try and fit in morning class if nothing else planned for day, fit it into your schedule whenever .....
-
Sometimes just takes a fresh look at things to get weight dropping again. May be you've got too comfortable with SW. Good luck .....

Great work. You can really see the difference.

Replace with diet version and cut out slowly/replace with something else. Habits can be broken, takes time and effort.

I was wondering what job you do that would even lead to weight comment from manager. Still unacceptable unless affecting your health/performance.

49 and 32lb down since January. Don't use age as an excuse. You need to be focused and expect slow losses, you can't expect to see a loss after 6 days, it takes time, patience and dedication. It is possible ......

Great that you did together. Well done. So many threads from people struggling because no support from partners/family, good to see a positive.
-
Great achievement. I've found exercise so much easier as the weights come off. By the way, what is crossfit? Not sure if we have in UK. I just do Les Mills classes plus spinning.

Well done, very pleased for you. Other epilepsy sufferers please get proper medical advice before considering stopping or reducing medication.

I do 3x a week but spread out. Have done 2 days in a row but not when first started and I'm not lifting mega heavy, 7.5kg each side on squats heaviest I go, couldn't lift bar over my head if more?! Technique over weight. Love it ..... have fab instructor and great bunch of people.

Sometimes you don't get them added if it takes your net calories too low. You have to make sure both are set to share data with each other. Try unsharing and redoing, mine works.

Definitely do an induction.

o - some sort of code ???

Great achievement.

Wow! Your smile says it all.

Well done, an amazing achievement.

Shows its not all about the scales. Great post.

Thats not strictly 5:2 ethos; its 5 days at maintenance calories and 2 days at 500 calories, doesn't have to be one meal, I used to have 3 meals on my low calorie days. Obviously up to you how you divide up the totals, bit like on MFP, some people eat fewer large meals, some lots of smaller meals.

Its not sustainable, eating proper food will help educate for long term results.

GP told my husband to avoid to help with cholesterol (he's not overweight but has slightly raised cholesterol).
-
Well done, great to hear longterm success.

Definitely slows down as get closer to goal. Any loss is good and 1lb in a month is fine, don't expect the same rate as at start and be happy to be going in the right direction even if slower than you'd like. Its a slow walk not a sprint....
