I love pork scratching, the Morrisons near me sells pig skin so I often make my own

Ooooh yummy, I don't have the extra thick very often - usually get the double cream from ALDI - but I also love the clotted cream you can get
-
I can finally get back into some old clothes so have a whole new wardrobe for the summer without spending a penny - I also tried on an old coat that I thought wouldn't do up but would just see and it zipped up perfectly so don't have to stick with my one and only coat when it rains Felt amazing today
-
I have suffered with depression since I was 15 and when I am LC and also ZC like I am now, my symptoms disappear completely - I am still on medication but I would love to be able to give up medication completely. I really believe by giving up the carbs I am able to control the mood swings

Happy to add anyone - I am way under 20g as I have gone Carnivore so my diet is very simple
-
I can't have a carb day as I would descend into bingeing - I have learnt that my WOE is for life - I have become a carnivore as even small amounts of carbs in veggies and fruits can sometimes cause binges for me - I haven't felt this free in years - I am still fairly early days again after getting back on track about 5…

I am now fully in my stride, food just isn't bothering me anymore, I have no cravings and carbs aren't interesting me at all - I have fully integrated into my ZC lifestyle and finding it very easy now

Would definitely say pork rinds - I make homemade ones with loads of different flavours
-
BM tend to be less in general - as you don't have the roughage but my stomach is so much better without the veggies and other stuff - I have found my stomach issues have calmed right down and I no longer have pain from eating - definitely the best thing I have ever done
-
Hi am open to new friends - but I am zero carb so not much variety in my diary
-
Yay I am still on track - have been ZC now for nearly 3 weeks and back on the wagon for nearly 4 weeks - I really feel like I have become adapted as I am no longer craving anything and my hunger levels have reduced - so far have lost 1st 3.5lbs (17.5lbs) Really feel like I can keep this going now, even had a stressful week…

Welcome back, can totally relate after falling off big time the last 6 months, and I also put on all but 7lbs of the weight I lost last year - you can do this, don't beat yourself up, and keto on
-
You can do this - one day at a time
-
Have reached 2 weeks zero carb, and feeling amazing I started back on plan just over 3 weeks ago starting with LC and then ZC and so far have lost 17lbs - still feeling hugely motivated and even started getting a small amount of exercise in now that my back and knees aren't so uncomfortable and my stomach pain has all but…

I am back on zero carb, have only been back on it for 2 weeks and already feeling brilliant - am not giving it up again as I am loving it. There is also a good website that gives some good information it's called zerocarbzen - https://zerocarbzen.com/. There are also some people that still include dairy - I do still have…

I am totally on track and feeling great, even adding in some exercise (mainly gardening) and feeling very motivated (finally it has taken a long time to get back in the rhythm)
-
Quite excited as have only been back on track for a couple of weeks but I can fit back into a pair of Capri pants that I have had for a few years, I haven't been able to get into them since last year but fitted lovely today
-
I am going to have to see if I can find some calves liver and give it a try
-
These are my 2 fur babies Lilac (the tabby) and Mischief my little black panther
-
What type of liver is the best - I don't like lambs liver but would like to try to add offal into my diet
-
Happy to add anyone - my diary is open but just to let you know I am zero carb so all you will find on my diary is meat, dairy and eggs
-
I have jumped back into zero carb over the last week and half and think I will jump into this challenge - my goal is to do ZC for the whole month and beyond and to start reducing the amount of coffee I drink and increase my water intake - I have a lot of weight to lose and would love to be down 21lbs by the end of July
-
I like Phinney - just finished reading The Art and Science of Low Carb - have read it before but thought now was a good time to read again after being away from LCHF for a while
-
I am jumping back in too - been away for a while again I only really speak English but have been trying to learn French and Spanish - oh and I am getting pretty good at sarcasm too lol
-
I am a similar size to you and I eat at about 1950 Cals per day - I am trying to do zero carb which tries to actually keep the carbs below 5g per day
-
I tend to be a lurker at the minute, I was very active last year but having a few issues that are restricting my LC intake at the minute - but will definitely be jumping back in fully when these are sorted - I love this forum and everyone is just so friendly and helpful
