  • I eat what I want, if I didn't I'd be unhappy. A happy person has a healthy mind. As long as I exercise and burn of the excess I'm happy x
  • Try homemade veg soup, but call it 'the room on the broom soup' you can say it's the witches favourite soup. Homemade chicken nuggets/fingers/pieces he can help make them. Jacket potato with beans Try inventing names for dishes that link to his favourite things, usually works a treat

One of my main motivations is HRT doesn't agree with me and osteoporosis runs on the maternal side of the family, so need to do something to try and make my…

I was in a viscous cycle for a while with the endometriosis, I would exercise to lose the weight but then be out of action for 2-4 days after in agonising pain, so it just got to the point where exercise seriously was not worth the pain. I…

I have loads of soup recipies as I used to work in a cafe and made all their homemade soups. Carrot and coriander, mushroom, tomato and basil, butternut squash and red pepper, and have a…
  • Oh I throw all the veggies in a pan, boil them in the chicken stock until potatoes and carrots are soft and blend the *kitten* out of it so it's really smooth, give it a try, the worst that can happen is that you don't like it, but, if you do like it you can keep it in the fridge for a couple of days and have some before…
  • I've never liked a lot of veg even as a baby, I live fruit, but veg wise I have found a homemade veg soup that I love, it has lots of veg in and you can add lots to it too. 1 onion 1 leek 2 shallots 2 carrots 2 celery stalks 2 potatoes ( can use sweet potato ) As many peas as you want 2 chicken stock cubes (usually about a…
  • Well I've just done 11.22 miles, so that's approx 862.78 miles to go!
  • Thank you CafeRacer808, it's nice to get positive comments, I would have loved a bigger challenge, but I might go bigger and bolder once hubby is back
  • Hi, I'm just beginning to get back in to cycling, at the moment I'm doing this on a static bike at home, this is due to hubby being away until April, and well, with 2 kids can't get out much during the evenings. I am hoping to build up, at the moment doing around 35-40 mins an evening, moving up and back down the levels…
