Sounds like tibial stress syndrome (shin spilts). Google the symptoms and causes and see if it fits. Rest and ice is the treatment. It doesn't sound like your over training, perhaps you need better shoes or lessen your stride.

Congratulations, your stunning

I'm 78kg and 176cm tall. I'm size 12/14 aus. I was 63kg a few years ago and I thought I was huge even though I close to being underweight. I was and size 10 aus then. I think when I get back to that weight I'll appreciate it this time!

I say no. I say no to other people. 'Do you want to go out for dinner?' No. 'Do you want a beer?' No. 'Do you want milk and sugar?' No. Mostly I say no to myself. No you can't sleep in. No you don't need that ice cream. No you must not stop running. By saying no to all the things that got me in this position I am saying…

That sounds like a success story to me! Starting is the hardest part. Sometimes I have to take it minute by minute in the face of temptation! Congratulations and goodluck!

Lose 0.7kg more! Then I'll have a normal bmi!

I feel your frustration. Weight loss is not a race. If it was easy, everyone would do it! The time will pass anyways, it's better to be working towards your goals then away from them. Think about it this way: you were gaining weight before, and now your losing it, so compared to what you COULD have weighed, you may be 6 or…

How on earth do you know your eating 1200 if you don't prepare the food or weight it?
-
Congratulations! I'm a lurker too hahaha. Can't wait to post my own success one day! You've lost a good amount all over by the looks of it! Keep it up and thanks for sharing!

I'm exactly the same!
-
That's what I did. Although I started at 5000. I'm now at 8500. I prefer to average it over the week as well, so I can be a little under one day, a little over the next. I run 4km 6 days a week. Best of luck!

Check out Reboot by Joe Cross. He's done two documentaries on juicing for weight loss, I think the first one is called Fat, sick and Nearly Dead. He deffinalty explores the benefits of juicing long term and short term, it might give you a bit more information

They are some tight goals! Remember weightloss isn't linear! Best of luck!

Absolutely. Tracking every single this that goes in your mouth is the only way to count calories accurately! My kitchen scare was $15 from target! Get a scale!
-
Brilliant! Your story hits home for me :)I'd love to be your friend!
-
I'm also 5'9! It's nice to have some tall freinds. Adding you ;)

I LOVE mashed sweet potato (100g) chicken breast (150g) and steamed greens, with a little light white sause, it's a fantastic dinner for 400 calories - good for pre packed meals/ batch cook. But after 3 or 4 dinners I get bored af!

Congratulations! May I ask how tall you are?

Hi there! I'm 24, female Australian... just finished uni (Yay!) My goal is to lose 21kg. I've also been aiming for the 1200 cal mark. I'm currently just doing cardio (running), but looking to join a gym and get into strength training soon. I'm a little over a week into my journey (this time) - so far so good! I would love…

I drink water during the night. Sometimes up to 1.5L. I get up at 5:45 and I'm out the door for a run at 6 am. I much prefer cardio after 'fasting'. If I haven't gotten 8 hours of sleep (which I rarely do), I'll go back to bed after showering/drinking water for 2-3 hours, then get up and eat breakfast... it's like the run…

This is why I overestimate intake, underestimate output!

Bring it on! Starting weight: 82kg Goal weight: 59kg Current weight: 82kg Total weight lost: This week's successes: I started my journey! This week's challenges: Pushing through my workouts with sore muscles
