  • I could use some friends too😊 I have been working on getting into the chest/tris back/bis and legs routine along with some cardio and HIIT sprinkled in. Heavy lifter here!
  • Body Fortress is what we like in my family, I like to mix the vanilla or strawberry with OJ and the chocolate type ones with milk or water. It's usually whey I think. They are usually at Walmart or City Market/Kroger, and relatively affordable.
  • It's all about controlling portions. I've watched people follow various diets that probably work when you do them right, but these guys eat so much of it they aren't doing themselves any favors. I eat burgers and chocolate and tacos and all the good stuff, I'm just teaching myself to pay attention.
