When I do this it says I should eat 1200 calories a day. I currently eat 1340 calories a day. I keep reading 1200 is not enough calories for a female.

I just eat whatever I fancy but make sure I don't overeat my calorie allowance for the day.

Thanks for the replies. I am eating a calorie deficit and gave list 10lbs since early 10 January. I am doing cardio and high impact workouts as well as weights. It's just psychologically I always feel I'm doing more good when doing the full workout rather than weights. I will continue with both as I'm enjoying both.

Just cutting out the unnecessary eating between meals and doing more exercise has certainly helped loads. Helps sticking to calorie intake.
