Don't be overwhelmed. That is how I started to so you really need to push past that. A 100 pounds is more obtainable that I would have ever imagined!!! You can totally do this! Please feel free to friend me and also send me a message and I would be happy to chat and help if I can.

To drink coffee every morning. I drinks tons of water everyday. I have a high fiber intake. I know what I am doing the natural way and it has helped make me go once a day or almost once a day but I can never complete a full cleanse and feel bloated.

No magnesium for me. I know too many people who take it and get terrible rashes that look like open wounds on top of medical issues. Terrifies me. Thanks for all the advise though everyone

Thank you all so much. I feel dumb I even had to ask but I was curious. I create a good deficit each day and eat pretty healthy as well as workout everyday. I have been losing quite consistently but seeing the "fat burning zone" status on the Fitbit totally tossed me off wanting more information on how relevant that was.…

Fresh salmon and veggies. Use any seasoning you prefer and bake in the oven at 450 for 20 minutes. Easy, quick prep, quick cook and delicious

Thank you both so much. Three weeks is just such a long time for not even a pound. I am just stressed out and it will happen. I am going to keep moving forward and hopefully it changes. I wasn't planning on stopping either way as this is now my lifestyle but I was thinking maybe something I could change up would help a bit.

I am so strict on my logging so that's definitely not it. If I take one bite of one of my kids cookie once a month I will even log it as an entire cookie because I feel so guilty. I am measuring and I have lost some additional inches but being heavier I know I have pounds to lose and it is frustrating that it isn't…

My weight fluctuates around six pounds a day so don't worry. I weigh in during the morning and by 5pm I'm up three-six pounds

Love this!!!!!! A lot of people I speak with have no knowledge in healthy eating. A friend of mine is always saying "calories don't mean anything". Ummm honey I hate to break it to you but they have way more meaning that your insane theory on crash diets. Deficit deficit deficit!!!!!!

I track everything. If I have a few on my kids French fries I up it and say I had 1/8 of whatever size it was just so it gets calculated. If I have a sip of a milkshake I said I had 1 ounce. That way I'm counting everything and actually counting it slightly over just in case

I rarely eat them back but if I do I was told never to eat more than half.
