I tend to make crock pot fajitas on Sunday's to take a few days during the work week. (Chicken, onions, peppers) YUM! Otherwise I pack a salad or a protein shake.

I find it to be most successful knowing that I am not on a diet. I am just making healthier choices much more frequently and working on regularly. I was surprised but how easy it has been to lose weight by making such simple decisions each and every day. I started at 235 on 01/09/17 and have lost just over 25 pounds thus…

Don't look at this as a diet. Look at it as a lifestyle for a better all around life and better health. You can still enjoy things you love but on a more limited basis. Your body will get used to it and thank you... especially as you start looking weight. Additional weight is a hard burden to carry for anyone. You are…

Ahhhh!!!! I do the same thing. Always weighing. Sometimes I will go 8 days with no progress but then jump down four pounds. As long as you are averaging a weight loss and you know you aren't doing anything crazy like eating a tons of bad foods and not burning any calories don't ever worry. You will see a drop.

Thank you all for the response. I know it's completely normal but it doesn't make it any less frustrating. I also know I shouldn't necessarily weigh myself everyday but it's habit. I am working so hard every single day and I have had many scale and non scale victories. BUT those weeks where I don't see much of anything....…

thank you. I am going to try tracking there and see if that helps. I have no stopped what I am doing and am still working hard daily but it is extremely frustrating.

I have a total of 90 pounds to lose- 21 gone so far so another 69. Would love to have more accountability and motivation.

I try to add by ingredient for the closest match. If I have a particular type of salad I log all individual ingredients that were in the salad with estimated serving amounts.

Absolutely. But I wouldn't recommend it on a daily basis.

I am amazing

Mine has been updating regularly as I lose weight. Mine started at 1680 went down to 1650 then 1610 and now 1590 and I have not made any updates aside from my weight check ins

Nope. This is one of the biggest myths. But I wouldn't suggest eating right before bed because if can cause you to feel sluggish the following day.

Sounds like you are doing great. Some weeks I lose 1 pound and some weeks i lose three pounds... other weeks I lose none. Very common so as long as you keep working you will keep losing.

I have my period right now and feel huge! Try not to stress. It's only a temporary feeling.

Great job on the weight loss. I cannot wait to be out of the 200# range

I log my calories on here. Since it is a lifestyle change and not a diet for me I just make way better choices which is a lot easier than I ever thought. I stay under my calorie goal within a decent range every day usually around 1400-1500. I also workout 5-7 days a week and try to burn 300 calories minimum. Sometimes…

31 yo- 5'4" - mom of three - starting weight on 1/9: 235. Current weight today: 214 so down 21 pounds with another 59 to go

Are you intaking additional calories for your fitness? If so, try cutting back on those. Your burned calories may be slotting too much additional. I have about 80 pounds to lose when I started 65 days ago and have lost 21 so far so you should be losing. The first five to ten pounds is basically water weight and should…

I always used my schedule as an excuse for years. I work full time so I'm out of the house 10 hours per day. I have three kids and my husband and I work opposite shifts. So I am basically a single parent when I get home and have to cook, clean, give baths, teach, play and tuck in as well as find time to work out. No more…

I am also trying to lose 80 pounds. 18 down in the last 45 days and 62 more to go hopefully bY October.

I have a standing desk at work now which is amazing and a huge help!

I am a 31 yo mother of three looking for a serious mentor. Just had my youngest child eighteen months ago and haven't worried much about my weight until now. I was always thin to average growing up so now being 235 I have had enough. I would like to start with an initial goal of getting back under 200# and then ultimately…
