Hey amy I've got the alta hr and I love it. Really helps having the hr bit on it as I feel it makes it more accurate. And I agree with you, eating out or even social eating is my downfall. I love chocolate too

Thank you all very interesting. I do about 8000 steps on average a day.. And for my sedentary setting it was giving me about an extra 300cals a day bringing my total cals up to around 1600. Which I'm taking is 500cals less then my TDEE as my loss is set to 1lb week. My fitbit is a fitbit flex without a hr so worried it…

Thank you. I'm always moving around. I think that I make myself feel guilty for not going but in actual fact I've been so active already that I've done a days gym... maybe? :) xx

Returning to mfp after Christmas and having my first baby who is now 3 months old. Mfp worked really well for me in 2011 when I got to my lowest weight since a teenager :) I have struggled to loose weight ever since! Would love some friends for motivation as restarting my journey tomorrow xx
