I'm in....I so often think I'm hungry before bed and have a snack. Usually, it's within my calories allowance but not always. So, do I just count the out of calorie limits snacks?? If so then:- Me: 0 LNS: 1

Most days on MFP I am way under on my sodium. Not sure how to increase it and also not sure if it's causing any problems not getting my RDI. Any thoughts?

I usually find that changing an exercise routine works, apparently it shocks your body back into gear. So change one form of exercise for something different. Good luck, you've already done so well, keep going x

I have the opposite problem with the protein, I was always under ( by a quite a lot) with my protein RDI. I expect it's because I am vegetarian and don't have cheese or cows milk either. I've since rectified this with protein powder :) I am usually under on my calories, fat and sodium too but not worried about that.

I always break it down so I know exactly where I am. Also, I may have used a lower fat alternative in the ingredients, don't want calories / etc adding which I didn't have. Besides, how would I otherwise know if I'd earned a pudding ;)
