I tried losing weight for 4 years. Counting calories, exercising... It wasn't until I was able to cut my drinking down to a few nights a week (as opposed to EVERY DAY), that the weight started coming down. Even adding the beer calories, and sticking to a count didn't help. I had to NOT DRINK to make a difference. I guess…

This is a great app. Counting calories is a must for me. There have been months where I did not keep track and sure enough, I gained 10 pounds.
