My favorite so far has been; "Wow, you're really losing a lot of weight. Is that just from, like, not drinking soda?" I haven't had soda in a month, save for one diet coke on a day I felt like I deserved it after dropping down to 220 (now at 214)... I wish that only cutting out soda got quick results. Chocolate cake and I…

Not quite a success story yet, but I'm down somewhere around 35-40 pounds (not sure exactly how much because I started my journey without a scale for the first week and lost most of the weight in the first three) in this last month. I stay around 1100 to 1200 calories, low on carbs, high on fruits, veggies and proteins. I…

I also have endo and have a hard time losing weight! I try to stick to eating only things that take a few ingredients. I’m nowhere near where I want to be but here’s where I am after a month. It can be a huge pain but I know it’ll be worth it when I’m through!

Dude! Congrats! I did the same. I'll have a little on occasion but it just doesn't strike me as quite as good as it used to. It's a great feeling!

I’m holding onto some menstrual water weight this week so I can’t trust my scale, but I’m down 2 inches, which made me super ecstatic!

My progress thus far is my profile picture! I'm 5'10 and I'm down somewhere between 15-20 pounds in the last two weeks from an adjusted diet and exercise. I'm not sure on the exact number because I didn't have a scale when I started this last time and I assumed myself to be much fatter than I was!

Personally I don't have a huge problem ignoring things I love. For example, I really love to bake- and I'm great at it! But I always bake waaaay too much. I give myself one day during the week that I can have exactly one of whatever it is that I've baked. I bring them to work with me and get the satisfaction of other…

Right now it's getting below 220! Smack dab between 225 and 226 right now, but that half pound will bend the knee to me and then the other 5 pounds after that, too!

I get some wonderful eye rolling when I talk about getting healthy. Oh, and the age old "okay, twiggy". I weigh 225 right now and am definitely no twig. Or my favorite of "I need to lose weight too, ugh" and when I offer to help I get looked at like I offered to sacrifice their firstborn son.

Feel free to add me! I have one friend in total, so I could always use some support. :D I'm in the exact same boat that you are where I lost all the weight once and put it all back on because life is a not-very-nice-lady.
