More Than Halfway To Goal
250 to 184! 🎊 I have a goal of 150, but we’ll see how I feel about that when I get there! How close is everyone else to where they want to be?

Stuck
I've been stuck at 210 for about a week and a half and it is driving me crazy. I know a week and a half isn't long, but I keep fluctuating. I eat at a good deficit, but I think I've had too much salt this week. Stepped on the scale and I'm at 215 even though I'm down half an inch. Don't mind me, just here to rant.

To All My Professional Yo-Yo Dieters
I know exactly how you feel. I've been the same person. I lost weight on accident once and thought I would stay small forever. I was wrong. It takes patience and commitment and an adjusted attitude. It's not always easy, you don't always get to eat what you want, but it will be worth it. I got to taste success once and it…

Considering putting the scale away and weighing in on a monthly or bi-weekly basis. Thoughts?

Especially on days (more like weeks) like this one where I've reached that lovely monthly hormone shift. My question is: Does anyone else weigh in bi-weekly or monthly?

Satisfying NSV, broke through a plateau!
For the last two and a half years I've been stuck above 220/225 pounds. Today, I stepped on the scale to see 214! I'm ecstatic! And after I'd been plateau'd at 220 for almost two weeks AND on my 30 day logging streak! Anyone else have any plateau victories? Edit: Should mention I restarted at around 240/250 a month ago!

Starting Strength Training (Inspire Me!)
In terms of workouts I've always done a lot of walking or yoga, but I'm really interested in strength training to get the shape I want. I've lost a LOT of weight before (about 4 years ago) just from walking all the time, but I wound up still having a bit of a tummy and some chub on my legs while you could see my hips and…

One Year Later
Earlier today I found a photo of myself a year ago wearing the same skirt I am today! It doesn't feel like a difference like this should be realistic, considering I only started a month ago, but here we are!

Starting Again
In all of my time on MFP I have never posted once in the forums. I do, however, stalk the Success Stories religiously for inspiration, though. Back in 2014 I was at my heaviest (right around 260). This was mostly an effect of being in a bad, emotionally abusive and manipulative relationship. Which, finally, I got out of…
