How dare you. Mint Oreos and chocolate Oreos give me the will to live. :'(

I've posted in here before, but now we have an update. Start photo was at 250, after photo was at 170, currently 166, but I have no new comparisons and it's such a small difference I don't think it matters a great deal.

Still a before and during, I have 32 pounds to go to goal, buuuuuut.

I don’t purposefully exercise often. Every now and again I’ll get on a lifting kick and do that four days a week and then remember I don’t have to do that to lose. I’m down 66 pounds just by counting calories. And I have a desk job, so I’m always sitting at work.
-
Oh God. There’s something new every day. My supervisor asking how I’m losing so much weight, after I’d explained CICO and counted her day’s calories for her/done the math on how many she would need a day to feesibly lose up to ten pounds in a month, digging into a bag of Doritos and cracking open a cherry Pepsi... then…

I have MANY of these today. Having been told but multiple coworkers today alone (not to mention in the last couple weeks) that I look great, being called skinny multiple times, so on and so forth with peoples' compliments! Don't know when the last time someone besides my husband called me skinny was. I fit into a skirt now…

I do the same thing with chocolate milk and ginger ale because I'm a slob, but I never take more than a little sippie and I eat at such a deficit that I honestly couldn't care less, so I feel you. <3

SAME! 60 pounds gone and I still wear the same leggings, they just don't cling quite like they used to. :D

That escalated quickly. I was just joking around with you, you know.

I told someone else a minute ago and I'll tell you too- Sis, throw the whole husband out.
-
I wouldn't really call it a "plateau" for me, because it never really lasts very long, but every ten or so pounds I'll put on a good five pounds of water weight and just stay stuck there for a good two weeks before finally dropping again. I just keep at it and know it'll drop off soon enough. If it bugs me that much I just…

I think everyone has a bit of a binge eater living inside of them. I give myself a binge day on each holiday that comes up and eat at a slightly steeper deficit the days surrounding to keep my weekly calories to a standard instead of focusing on the daily ones. Perhaps you could treat it like that? If you know you're going…

Mine is lean and muscular and eats like a pig and never gains too, so I get that. He eats whatever he wants around me, though. I don't track macros, just CICO, so I can basically eat whatever I feel like so long as it suits my daily limit. Personally I find it damaging to your overall journey to deny yourself cravings. I…

I started at around 250 and I'm down to 196 in two and a half months. Goal weight is 150, looking to get there with a relatively strict calorie goal and exercise by the end of October. From America. New York, specifically. :)

Don't mind my blurred out booty. Undies were a little too revealing in the second picture. Here we have 250 versus 198. Currently at 196 but didn't take a new picture today. :D
