    Hi All,

I'm on holiday, so all routines are off. 😬 Tracking calories best I can and weighing in regularly too (we're RV camping and I brought my food scale and bathroom scale). Aside from campfire s'mores occasionally I'm doing pretty good. 🤗 I'm not getting my regular weight training in, but I am bike-riding and lake-rowing more. I will update my weight but won't be logging measurements until I return home in late July. Hope everyone is having a great summer!!

Well, dang. I'm definitely not going to be able to lose another 8.8 pounds in the month that's left in this challenge. I've really been slacking off in this challenge. I've gone over 2000 calories a day nearly every day this past week. I'm honestly floored that my weight went down instead of up.

In order to meet my goal, I guess I could try to be way more strict with my calories. I'm not sure if it's worth being super strict just to meet a challenge. Hmm. We'll see. I'll try to go to 1300 calories a day and see if that's too difficult for me or not. Will update next week with how well that goes!

I pondered that question last challenge (go super restrictive or stay the course). I ultimately went with stay the course because I've learned that if I'm too restrictive I end up binging. 😬 Either way we're all cheering for you!!

I'm doing a 5K race this Saturday and going on vacation on Sunday so the next weigh-in will be in two weeks. The goal is to not gain any weight.

06/19 - 172.6 Slowly but surely I'm moving in the right direction. I had lots of yummy food on vacation yet stayed pretty active (tennis, weights, running, and swimming).
06/26 - out of town, no scale.
07/03 - 170.2 I'm happy with the results so far but I will have to push myself just a tad bit harder to meet my challenge goal.

May 31st 169lb (Hoping this is just TOM gain)

June 2nd 169lb Not gone back to what I was before my period so a bit disappointed. But I have increased my exercise and my muscles are sore so I'm hoping it's a little water retention as my eating has been pretty good. Staying between 1200 and 1600 cals.

June 7th 170lb Really disappointed, made some bad choices this week and it's shown :(

    June 10th 169lb

    June 17th 167lb

June 21st 167lb (weight is shifting so slowly, getting disheartened and when that happens I start to make bad choices)

    June 28th 168lb

    July 1st 168lb

    July 5th 166lb

My weight fluctuates so much but I can see it heading in the right direction. Only 5lb lost since the start of the challenge. I was hoping for 14lb but I doubt I'll manage another 9lb in 6 weeks.

    Nice loss this last week!!

    Hi All,

I'm still on holiday, and all routines are off. I'm amazed that I'm staying on track though!! 🤗 My calories are definitely up, but so is my daily exercise (bicycling and rowing a lot). So, all-in-all I'm staying on track and even gaining a little momentum. I hit my challenge weight this morning, so I'll push for the next level by August. Have a great week everyone and thanks for keeping me so inspired - you are all awesome!!

I've been reducing my calories by a lot the past two weeks (trying to eat around 1350 per day), but I don't think it's enough to meet my goal. Still hope I can get there, though.
