Ugh!! 😬Struggled with over-eating this week! 🤦‍♀️ The good news is I know why: 1) stress-related eating/drinking (had a couple of unpleasant disagreements with partner over an addition to our house that left a cloud over us). 🙁 2) Lots of manual labor on the addition left me famished. 😋 No excuses though, bottom line: I got sloppy with my diet and exercise. 🤷‍♀️ Now to get back on track! I hope we all have a stellar week... 💪

I have a Fitbit so try to get at least my 10,500 steps a day. I usually have to mix up my workouts so I don’t get bored. I run, swim, step DVDs, yoga, elliptical, bike, stairmaster, rowing and weight machines. I just tell myself to do it ten minutes just walking or going slow and once I start I end up doing my normal workout. Good luck. You got this. I have been at going at this new lifestyle 2.5 years and down 77.5 pounds. It’s hard but so worth it.

Wow, 77.5 lbs is amazing!! I have a Fitbit too and average 10kish per day (Theresa Thickens, if you want to friend me there). I like the 10 min. Rule, definitely helps with consistency. I've only been at this since Sept last year, but am committed to a healthful lifestyle and have lost 28 pounds. I also do bodyweight training 3 days a week (if all goes well). Thanks for the encouragement. Every little bit helps!!
