(About 1.5lbs / week)
Weigh-in day is Sunday.
May 12: 254; gain +.4# Not a great start, but considering I had three binge nights and TOM; I am not beating myself up!
May 19: 251.4; 2.6# loss
May 26: 250.4; 1.0# loss
June 02: 248.8; 1.6# loss
Being more consistent, getting in exercise 2-3x/day at short intervals, and added resistance exercises. Excited to be on my way!

Darn bronchitis is still with me. 😞 I got a couple good workouts in last week, but just couldn't push myself to do more. 😬 So my numbers didn't change much, but I'm still headed in the right direction.

Not gone back to start I was before my period so a bit disappointed. But I have increased my exercise and my muscles are sore so I'm hoping it's a little water retention as my eating has been pretty good. Staying between 1200 and 1600 cals.2 -
