    Challenge Starting Weight: Sun., May 5 = 253.6
    Challenge Level: 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 20lbs
    Challenge Goal weight: 233.6
    (About 1.5lbs / week)
    Weigh-in day is Sunday.
    May 12: 254; gain +.4# Not a great start, but considering I had three binge nights and TOM; I am not beating myself up!
    May 19: 251.4; 2.6# loss
    May 26: 250.4; 1.0# loss
    June 02: 248.8; 1.6# loss

    Being more consistent, getting in exercise 2-3x/day at short intervals, and added resistance exercises. Excited to be on my way!

    Darn bronchitis is still with me. 😞 I got a couple good workouts in last week, but just couldn't push myself to do more. 😬 So my numbers didn't change much, but I'm still headed in the right direction.

    The scale is slowly moving, but man, was I hungry today! I’m glad I’ve got three months for five pounds—my body is reluctant to give up these last few. So I’ll listen to it and I’ll continue to take it slow. As long as I’m not gaining back a lot, I’ll consider it a win! KOKO, folks!

    Not gone back to start I was before my period so a bit disappointed. But I have increased my exercise and my muscles are sore so I'm hoping it's a little water retention as my eating has been pretty good. Staying between 1200 and 1600 cals.

    A bit disappointing that I've only lost 0.6lb in two weeks but if I'm honest I probably could have tried harder!
    At least it's still going down. Will be working on improving those numbers this month!
