Ohh...not sure if I'm too late but I'm in! Heard so many positive reviews on it. Do you do it at the same time every day? Trying to fit the time in around work and my housemates not being around to look / giggle at me. Lol.

Welcome :-) I've got a lot to lose also. 1 lb at a time and it won't feel like such an uphill battle. A pound is 3500 calories so in a week, that's just 500 calories each day to drop. You can put 250 on food, 250 in the gym or walking. We got this!!

Hello :-) I'm Nancy! I'm from London but I've lived in Australia for 5 years. I've been on and off this app and my weight has fluctuaed but this time I'm all in! Want to lose 15kg by July 11th (My birthday). I hope I make it. 1st week down and my weigh in is tomorrow. Feeling good already but scared I'll lose momentum…
