  • Search for a "Myomassage" therapist in your area. I would wake up with paralyzing pain in my lower back, hip and down my leg for over a year.. .EVERY NIGHT...I was basically cured after only a few treatments! It is amazing!
  • Why not start with yoga? It sounds relaxing, but really it builds strength in your muscles while not starting off too hard in the beginning. It will lengthen and strengthen as while as building flexibility. It will feel great and you can work up to weights from there.
  • Be cautious using Tofu and other Soy product as it mimics estrogen in the body and women have enough of it floating around. We don't produce as much testosterone as men so it is easier for them to cut, but us not so much partially because of estrogen.
