I recently tried ground chicken and I like it much better. Depends on what you're doing with the ground turkey, are you making meatloaf with it or putting it in spaghetti?

Oh I seen those but I think I have not picked them up because I saw gluten in them. :/ I will have to double check because sometimes I get tired of turkey burgers.

I've seen and actually try to slice some cucumbers lengthwise and put some cream cheese and lunch meat in the center or just roll up your lunch meat or lettuce wraps, depending on what you're doing.

I just ate a few slices, I could honestly eat a whole block. I love cheese. I will never, ever, ever, ever hive it up.

Is there any space in your place to workout from home? Even if you break up your work outs..40 min morn, 30 min eve and possibly start meal prepping with your wife? Also, not sure how far the grocery store is from your house but if it's in walking distance, maybe you guys can walk to the store. Little things like that…

Are you eating the low sodium ones? There's probably a ton of sodium in the soup as well if you're eating out somewhere else. I'd recommend buying low-sodium crackers and bringing them with you. :) hey not be the best option, but it's a suggestion.
