Thank you guys for the kind wishes. Man I'm 85% recovered my bp and heart rate are back to normal. Only managed to put back .6lbs of the weight I lost despite eating a ton and not exercising. Tomorrow I will go back on my workout routine. Try not to get sick cause this virus going around right now is vicious.

You can lose weight without exercising. Start off slow, see the results and as you get motivated you can gocrazy with the exercise.

I don't lift heavy weights and push ups are all I do. I did the program to get me to 100 two years ago. Now I can probably do 60 regular with good form and about 35 diamond.

Are you breathing correctly? As mentioned before Op appears to be in great physical shape so I'm pretty sure it has to be your technique. Maybe you're so preoccupied about hitting someone in the pool that you forget to breathe?

Are you eating raw asparagus or is it steamed? Very healthy meal but I preferred oven roasting my veggies

I've rested 5 days and I have a history of prolonged coughing that sometimes last months before it gets better. I just don't want to ruin the endurance I've built over the past two months (was barely was able to run a mile but now can run 3-5 miles). This is so frustrating.

Real talk the ones that talk to you while you are trying to run next to them on a treadmill are the worst. Like my cardio isn't good enough for me to talk to you while I run. Please understand this, and never engage in a conversation with someone trying desperately to breathe air.

Nuts are a great filler and are good for u. High in Calories so make sure u eat them after your last meal.
