Make sure to divert some weight to your lower body. So when u do a push up the weight isn't purely on your chest/shoulders. Also, do your push ups on a soft padded mat. This should help you get the correct form down as you gain strength. Keep doing them everyday.

Make sure you eat unsalted. They pack so much salt into the salted brands. I try to make room for nuts in my diet because they help raise your hdl

Your lowest weight will be in the morning after peeing. Weigh yourself before you sleep for a detail stats how your weight fluctuates between night and day. I like to keep my morning and night weight by a difference no more than 3lbs.

Good question! I don't always log my workouts only the automatic steps counter. And I try not to eat my exercise calories, but sometimes I break and eat some back.

Eat some pecan nuts high in Calories so you don't even have to eat that much, also packed with good fats.

Yeah when I need to fill up my calories when I'm not hungry, I just eat a handful of nuts (high in calories high in good fats to increase your HDL) until mfp lets me close my diary.

People with POTS get my respect and admiration. Everyday they wake up not knowing how their body will react. Even when their body is not up to par they still live their lives, work, go to school as if nothing is wrong with them. Hope you guys all get better!
