Someone on here lost like 80+ lbs just by walking and diet. I was really amazed by the progress she made and how her body looked like she strength trained but didn't do any other form of exercise

You'll hate my gym then. The only people I see unrack are like two nice friendly females and a buff dude that uses a ton of plates. Lol even the guy that works there doesn't unrack. But you made a good point l will start to unrack

I always put my Dumbbells away but I don't unrack unless I put a ton of weight on the bar and someone wants to use the bench after me. No one seems to be upset as op and I enjoy unracking myself so it doesn't bother me.

Im pretty sure everyone stalls at certain points.. "trust the process" and poop it out. Even if youre active switching your settings to "no activity"might boost the process.

Yo don't do it until you're completely well. I made the mistake of trying to power thru when I thought I was getting better and ended up be really sick for another two weeks. Check you resting heart rate to see how much your body is trying to fight off illness. Mine jumped into the 100's
