Yes your lightest weight would be right when u wake up. Clothes and phones will add 3lbs too.

@masoompna you should keep track of how many hours of sleep you get. Try to get 8-9 hrs. I don't know what it is but not getting enough sleep will hinder your results

My version of Korean Street toast. Will post recipe on recipe area. 450 calories or less and tastes amazing.

The one bad thing I can say about it is it's high in sodium. But the amount of goodies in it make it worth it (garlic,onions,ginger).

Steamed fish with ginger soy scallions, pea sprouts, and a vegetarian mushroom and curd dish. (Keep in mind Chinese food is very high in sodium.)

A lot of Korean dishes use it. I eat them but it's often combined with other foods and I'm not sure what the nutritional breakdown is just the mung bean.
