LDL number from the basic blood test is not reliable, they just calculate it from some formula. Ask your doctor for a more comprehensive test where they actually measure the number of LDL particles and also the size of the particles.

It almost doesn't matter, unless you have liver problems your body will make cholesterol if you aren't eating enough.

Cheat days tend to turn into cheat week(s), it's much better to have one high calorie meal then eat "clean" the rest of the day.

If it's helping you sleep then it can, with a caloric deficit, help you with fat loss indirectly.

Mfp gives me less than 2100 as my tdee, I know from experience that's cutting calories for me. Fitbit tend to hover between 2300 and 2800, so in my case fitbit is more accurate. Ymmv

Once you've been tracking for a while you'd have a good idea what a serving of rice/beef/whatever looks like and that is usually good enough for maintaining a normal weight. But if you want to be shredded you gonna have to track every single Calorie.

Don't get bored, work on something that requires deep concentration. If you can't, just go take a walk, do some house work, heck, take a nap
