Has anyone here done one, while following IF? Should I stick with dry or wet food? I gave it a go sunday but at around 6k I literally felt food coming back up the throat every time I moved.
I'm still confused how MFP calculate steps calories. Eg. I do about 7000 steps for my commute, MFP gave me 101 exercise calories; another day I stayed home and did 3000 steps, MFP gave me 18 calories. Can someone explain the inconsistency? Do steps that accumulate in small increments count less?
In my iphone app, bottom of the Diary page is a button called "Nutrition" to give me a more complete breakdown of macro and micro nutrients. For some reason I cannot find that feature on the website, anyone know how to access it? Thank you.
