You look closer to Jon Venus in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DdG3QfmjpvU, he was tested to be 17%.
-
If you are so worried about the calories at the party to make a post you probably should skip it
-
Why don’t you just call in sick or something
-
Most women with juicy delts are on creatine, if you know what I mean.
-
It's easy once people ask what your fitness youtube channel is called.

2860 for a guy weighing 132 pounds?
-
Once you have a nice body you can be quite positive about yourself.
-
True, but height and weight can be objectively measured easily, muscle and fat mass less so. Very few bodybuilders who are decently lean have overweight BMI without also using drugs, I've been lifting for 15 years and I barely maintain 165-170 pounds at 5'10 (not saying I'm the gold standard of bodybuilders)

Not sure if anyone mentioned this yet, but 25 is the cutoff for people of European descent; for East Asians (Chinese etc) it's 24, for Southern Asians (Indians etc) it's 23.
-
235 to 232 is within the range of normal fluctuations, you probably haven't lost much if any weight.
-
1. Not adjusting intake after losing some weight. 2. Subconsciously reduced activity. 3. Logging or measuring issues.
-
You pretty much have to make them yourself, cauliflower flour, low/no fat cheese, turkey pepperoni etc.

-
Why don't you ask your wife to measure the food and write them down in the future.
-
I wouldn’t call it a binge since it was controlled but I finally did the 10k calories challenge. Thank you Costco
-
I don't think it's unrealistic to lose 20 pounds of fat in 6 months then build 9 pounds of muscle with 3 pounds of fat in another 6.
-
Just out of curiosity I looked at your pictures and you look higher than 10%. I suspect a lot of the "outliers" are simply under estimating their body fat.
-
What do you do all day if you need 3000 calories to maintain 125 pounds? Just curious. Do you run half a marathon daily?
-
No 175 is the start of overweight at 5'10 according to BMI. Far leaner than average for your age doesn't mean much if the average is obese.
-
I honestly think you should cut, it will make your muscles pop out more and give you that illusion of thickness.
-
Not just on stage, Alberto Nunez is around 180 off season, I think he's 5'10 so that's barely overweight. And we are talking about a guy with elite tier genetics.
-
No it's very hard, most natural bodybuilders end up 160-170 or the higher end of normal. Even some steroid users don't become too "overweight"
-
This line of thinking is so dumb. My office had a Diwali party recently, I'm a huge fan of Indian sweets, so during the previous week I ran a large daily deficit and binged during the party and got the same type of comments. But if you look at the entire week I'm still at a deficit.

Also what we would consider to be herbivores would eat meat, plenty of documented cases of cows or sheep eating baby animals or carcasses. Not to mention all the animal matter on leaves and grass. There is no way our ancestors would've survived with the meager amount calories from non domesticated plants.

Are you low carbing?
-
Clean your house every day. Shake your legs when sitting down.
-
They also discourage smoking, drinking and drug use so it's not just diet.
-
Fitbit overestimates calories burnt during exercise, so no.
-
Is your activity level set to sedentary?
-
- Lose not loose. At 30% BF you should lose little to no skeletal muscle, it just wouldn't make any evolutionary sense otherwise. - Possible, not saying it's going to happen but it's possible.
