It's a joke.

What does this has to do with health and fitness?

Why not just stop going to McD's in the first place? Anyway a big mac has less than 600 calories, so it's not the worst thing in the world, assuming you don't get the fries and a "diet coke"

What about Utah?

How do you know he's hasn't worked his *kitten* off to look young and healthy? Your entire post reeks of self pity and envy.

If you eat a single blueberry I think you won't break keto.

It means I'm the only person standing between me and my potential. Generally the context it'd be used is when a person starts making excuses, oh my thyroid; my metabolism, I don't have time, I don't feel like it, etc. It promotes taking responsibilities for oneself, so yes, it's a good one. Yes obviously you will never run…

Google "macros calculator".
-
How was the test done? Did you follow all the instructions of not eating, not exercise etc beforehand? Did you move around a lot during the test? You are supposed to be reclined and essentially try to take a nap.

Doesn't matter where you work out, any long term success requires adherence.

They sell those tiny single serving ice creams containers in the stores around here.

So which blog is it? Don't be such a tease.

It's because you are human.

None are accurate, even DEXA has a margin of error. Just be consistent when you measure so at least you can gauge the trend.

The difference between large and extra large is like 10 calories.

First, come up with a more realistic goal. Second, if you are over 20% you need to cut because you are not bulking you are just fattening up. Third, once you are down to a shredded level (which would probably be around your starting weight) go on a slow bulk.

No you haven't.
-
Only if it's untrue.

Keep working out but eat less

I think it's called club soda

My current favorite is Special K Red Berries - excellent macros

Because HRM stands for heart rate monitor, not calories expended monitor. To accurately measure calories you need to go to a lab where they will strap a mask on your face to measure how much oxygen you breathe in and how much CO2 you breathe out, while you walk on a treadmill.

I do it for lentils and mung beans. Not sure why you think it's a lot of work.
-
Probably measurement error (like if you sucked in your stomach too much) or you are an edge case. But yes, you look like what's commonly considered 20+% in the fitness industry.
-
Did you give up learning how to walk, drive, ride a bike because you couldn't master it in 2 minutes?
-
Stay active not just with your body but also with your mind, boredom tends to lead to overeating.
-
Most of the times when someone's naturally thin it turned out they are just naturally active.

Does Walmart haul your a.s.s to jail if you don't buy necessities from them?
-
It ends when they get off food stamps.

It's fine as long as you understand its limitations. For example calories burned and steps count tends to be 20% too high for me. On the other hand it does pretty well as a watch, and I can skip songs without taking the phone out.
