It's a lie we tell people to trick them to start running. We keep saying they'll get there but really it's a front. Before ya know it you're covered in anti chaffing creams and garmin devices and you still haven't experienced it yet.

Not sure if anyone has said this but put your feet in plastic bags then put your socks on. It feels awful at first but then you get used to it.

To put this into perspective I eat 3500 a day to maintain my weight. So we can throw out option two. And options one and three are bascially the same just scaled differently. If you eat more than you burn in a day over a certain time period you should eventually gain one pound of fat.

I usually end up with limited time and have to ride and then lift you really get used to it but when I start a new block I'm usually dying the first week but you adapt unless your bike fit is atrocious. You ride to and from could be insane though
