When do long runs I listen to History on Fire and if my pace is starting to drop ones about killers and myths and legends. Really up the pace when you run at night. History on Fire is usually really long and if you enjoy an Italian accent you're In luck.

Anything longer than an hour and I'm eating on the bike. About 70ish grams of carbohydrates an hour.

Take it to your lbs have them give it a good shake down. My tt bike obliterates a lot of my segments but if I take my road bike climbing my times are way different. They're both fancy they just have way different gearing and geometry. One suites for everything one suites for going flat fast and never braking.

It’s usually just multi sport days. It can’t distinguish between a triathlon and all three events separately sometimes so till put one miltisport in then each leg separately

I’ve used them before post injury. They’re tight and the strain is still there in your calf’s. I’d check with a PT to see if you have any issues. But chances are you’ve got some super tight muscles and could use more than just stretching most run.

I burn about the same, whether I’m fresh first swim of the week or total trash form end of the week swim when I’m fatigued everywhere. And that with a swim hr monitor so I feel like it’s pretty accurate.

Also worth nothing is that there is a Bluetooth limit on Apple TV which is kind of a pain if you use say a wahoo hr strap, 4iii power meter, and and Garmin cadence sensor.
