I have this issue regardless of what changes I make to my diet but having a plan/pre preparing meals works for me eg,porrige wait 1 hour then work out then eggs/ww toast then spend time preparing a batch meal which i will eat over the next 2 days and i will have 3 plates of this throughout the remainder of the day leaving…

Tried some horrible low fat butter and cheese over the years this is the one type of food I cannot stomach,less of the real thing is always better!

Feel the same way morty.I am 5'11 178lbs if I loose any weight I still seem to retain belly fat.I do cardio up to 3 times a week and lifting weights 5 times a week.I have seen in other threads that heavy lifting and maintenance cal is the way to go?what is your lifting routine?
