  • Hi there! I came to this post because I'm in a similar boat. I've been doing it for a while, it was going well, but now I've stalled. I need motivation! I'm in NY, but I'll take all the friend's I can get!
  • This is just like my mom! It's just all the little choices that add up! Take the stairs instead of the evelvator, park far from the stores- those things. Slow and steady!

  • That's the worst- when you grab something you think will be fine and don't even like that much, only to find out it's horrible. Like movie popcorn, which is terrible! I think it helps to plan ahead. Have a few go-tos in the dining hall that you know the facts for and rely on them when you don't know about other options.…
  • I completely relate to this in a sense. Lost all the weight, let it just slowly creep back on. Frustrating for sure, but I also know we can do this because we've done it before!
