Hi there!

I’m Joanna - and I’m here because WW no longer works for me. (I’ve been a gold member for over 20 years.

I’m new to this, and excited. I ‘only’ have 8 lbs to lose, but as I am only five feet 2 tall it sits badly on me, my knees are creaky and I look like a middle aged duck!

As I’m on the older side my calorie allowance is feeble so exercise HERE I COME!!!!

    SAME! WW isn’t doing it for me, but I only have ten pounds or so to shed. And I’m 5’4 so it’s tough. I just need to shake it up and have some accountability.

    Same here! I finally gave up on WW after about 8 years. I hadn't lost anything for the last couple of years, even after changing it up and trying new things. Nothing seemed to work anymore. I feel like we have a little more freedom on MFP. I've been here for about a month and really like it, so far! I'm down 2.6, which doesn't seem like a lot, but it's so much better than maintaining, which is what I'd been doing for a while. (Also, I know it's my fault...not the app 😂)
