  • @bbrumbaugh2014 well depends on your calorie plan for breakfast really, and your macros for it. If you can tell me what are the limits for those, I can try to come up with something tasty and healthy at the same time. Also good to see you are making progress.

  • Thank you very much for all your suggestions. I will try to keep it around 1.7-2.1 and see if I can survive through my usual workout plan. Hopefully this will be high enough to keep me alive but low enough to not get my coach raging at me :) .

  • Disturbed-Indestructible . Amazing boost for that last 1km of the sprint. Actually anything from Disturbed is good at giving that boost but with those lyrics its more effective.
