better to be in a 'fat' class than none at all at least you are actively trying to change! think positive and you won't be classed as that for much longer if you continue the way you are!!

thanks for your ongoing support i have unfortunatley been in a car accident and broken my ankle/foot and my leg is now in a brace for up to 8 weeks - im on week 1 lol thank god for family!!

i think the meal replacement shakes are a load of crap. i tried them it's obviously so unsustainable and as soon as you come off them and try to eat normal meals you just pile the weight on, i think they're more about gaining money than helping people lose weight.

brown rice, to be honest there are loads of low cal food it depends on what you like eating? sweet/savoury? do you want meal ideas or snack ideas?

The gym is great for making sure you don't get saggy skin and the skin keeps its elasticity I think it's important particularly if you want to lose a lot of weight like I do don't go hungry that's really a great tip!! Just snack on the right things like fruit veg healthy cereal and bars portion control is important as well…

Height 5 ft 7 weight 315 I don't have a goal weight I just want to lose weight and feel and look better I go to the gym twice a week I was meant to go today but my dog went to the vet and I slept really badly and I'm still getting over a cold I know ... excuses but still I'm ganna go tomorrow and Friday add me

Add me I have a lot to lose as well I've started last week eating healthy and I'm starting the gym tomorrow my tip is don't starve and eat the right things look at buying smaller plate and bowl that's what I've done and when you're peckish have fruit or healthy cereal etc

My eating now is all about portion control before I just didn't care but now I'm counting calories with this app I've joined the gym and I started last week and already lost half a stone don't starve yourself that's my tip, eat when you're hungry like fruit etc and eat smaller meals good luck
