Hi I just had my baby boy 4 weeks ago and currently started working out again since giving birth. I worked out everyday of my pregnancy and watched what I ate. I only gained 25 lbs but unfortunately I didn't lose much after I had my son. I started watching what I eat 11 days ago. I'm ebfing currently and have another 20 or so pounds that I still want to lose within a couple months. Looking for some encouragement.
