Please friend me! I have lost 69lbs since 5/23/16. Looking to drop 5-10 more, but have started focusing more on maintenance. Have focused on lean meats, poultry, fish, fruits, low fat dairy, and tons of veggies. Feel so much better. Is it possible to start a daily chit chat discussion for all of us interested?

Hi, I began my journey to loose 50 lbs on May 23, 2016. I am now down 69 lbs and maintaining. I began one meal at a time.
