I eat like 3 large zucchini (1 spiralized, 1 broiled and 1 made into fries that are unbattered in the airfryer), a bunch of raw veggies and a piece of chicken for dinner. Is that ok? Or am I going way over in calories that way

So I eat a bowl of raw carrots, celery and cucumber, I will roast a zucchini, spirlize a zucchini, make butternut squash fries (no oil or batter) and a piece of fish for dinner. I don't eat large meals during the day though. Is this ok? I feel like it's 99% low calorie foods so

I am so glad I am not the only one. I was relieved when I found out that my small meals during the day then my HUGE HUGE VEGGIE FILLED MEAL at night was actually ok and not a big deal. I am excited to see what ideas others have!

Me! I need to see more healthy food diaries for inspiration and motivation!

I don't know where. This is what I eat. If there is anything extra, it's all raw veggies

I have told them I struggle to get enough, yes.

Yes. If I eat anything more than this, it is usually extra celery or cucumbers

I was. Now I am trying to work with my Camp Gladiator trainer and team

I am aware this is very low. I was actually diagnosed with anorexia when I was 16. I am 24 now. This is a lot better than what it was. I am just trying to figure out how to add calories without packing on the pounds.

Why would it be? I am new to healthy eating and portion sizes. I am just trying to figure out if that's ok or do I need a bigger meal?

I have done Camp Gladiator, eaten 120 calories of oat bran and plan on a 3 mile run later.
