Best Meat Protein
I used to eat a ton of chicken and turkey but for the past couple of months I have been eating fish because it is lower calorie but I am kind of getting sick of it. What is the best meat based protein to eat? Is chicken actually healthy?

Fat Totals
What is a good recommendation for fat totals during the day? I am trying really hard to come back off the "low/no fat" diet mind set I have had for years and seeing 20 g in a day freaks me out. I am under calories and such and I know I should be incorporating healthy snacks like almonds and lean proteins, but if I am not hungry, should I eat them anyway? My calories are around 800-900 a day so I know I need to up them but I have also been told not to eat if I am not hungry! Help!

Ok so I already eat really healthy. I'm talking huge servings of raw veggies and portions of lean protein like fish, turkey and chicken. I am known as a "volume eater" at dinner time.
