I am in need of a new breakfast idea. I have been doing oatmeal/oat bran and egg whites for awhile but I'm getting really bored with it. I was thinking about using some cottage cheese for something (high protein) but I have never really used it for anything! Any help is appreciated :)

I'm quite partial to goat cheese omelettes. super easy and you don't need a huge amount of cheese to get the flavor and texture.

I love cottage cheese plain and i use that for snack times.

If you did for breakfast....just chop up some fruit to eat with it. Yum!

Dont be afraid of eating the whole egg....can prepare it so many different ways. ;)

Greek yogurt with some nuts, oats or fruits is another high protein and yummy choice.

I usually go for 1/2 an avocado w/ 1TBS of fresh salsa, 2 slices of turkey bacon, 1 farm egg, & 8 ounces of coldpressed greens, and 12oz of Hot Tumeric/ Ginger tea.
Sugars are VERY low, high in protein, and healthy fats. And it's a great way to get your MUFAs in. Tbh... I RARELY get hungry before lunch.
