Im cool with it, ive got my partner in crime on a diet with me so we will both keep eachother motivated not to go too crazy! But we both see this for the long haul and will damn enjoy ourselves for a few days then right back on it come Jan 2nd.. Bring it on

I struggle with exercise and weight but i find if i get bored i go for a walk. Planning meals is the key, stick to what this tells you, set a realistic target and go for it, seriously theres no magic fix but an easy remedy is doing the above. Walking is great exercise, free, easy and no real pain. Find the courage to change

i try so hard week in week out, i refuse to think about calories over xmas, those scales will still be there to help me , for one week only i will have a bit extra. Pigging out no but logging will be a no, my choice .

i gained 2 lbs but had a bad weekend at a party so it was expected, but my weight is up and down regular....long term a long as the trend is down then bingo, you have to stop rushing it in your head, i do the same but reading these forums is learning me not to panic and look long term and beyond. keep at it, i am /

My point is at her height and weight she will lose at 1500 with a decent amount of exercise with a little patience, you agree? 1200 seems like starve mode

You can record ya weight at anytime, up or down thats the weight you are. As long as you can handle the ups then no you arent fooling yaself.ignore above.
