The only way to do it is intermittent fasting or longer fast. High protein, little to no carbs and fat. Lots of walking and being miserable before and during your event if you're new to fasting 😅 maybe you are young but setting deadlines within a few days is not healthy mentally or physically... I did it when I was young…
