I need to cut down to 125 in 3 days I am 131 at the moment I’m not sure what to do, I need a healthy way to cut

I wouldn't recommend the way I quickly (and temporarily) lost weight a few weeks ago - stomach bug, miserable 😋
Why the deadline? For a short term (and temporary) drop on the scale, you can cut carb intake which will give you a water weight reduction (4gr of water weight to process 1gr of carbs). Reducing salt intake would reduce water weight as well, but you don't want to go too low, our bodies do need sodium.1 -
As mentioned, 1g of glycogen comes with about 4g water. So deplete your glycogen stores with about 90 mins cardio, and keep your carb and sodium intake low. That could be multiple pounds easily. Some calorie deficit might help too. I'm guessing some extra fiber asap may help with passing waste in the next few days too.1

There is no “healthy” way to cut weight that fast. Jockeys go into saunas for long periods of time to lose water weight right before a race weigh in. It works but it ain’t healthy.0

The only way to do it is intermittent fasting or longer fast. High protein, little to no carbs and fat. Lots of walking and being miserable before and during your event if you're new to fasting 😅 maybe you are young but setting deadlines within a few days is not healthy mentally or physically... I did it when I was young too and now my metabolism is awful0
