Chips. Before I know it the entire bag is gone. Also alcohol. Each shot is right around 100 calories and when I drink I'm definitely drinking more than 1 shot. It adds up and then I crave fast food.

Oh I see. So if I want a leaner body I should increase strength training?

Stick with it for a bit. It might come off in a clump, that's what my body does.

I looked them up and they're like $5 per a bar... that's way too much for me.

You should check with your pharmacist to see if it is ok to mix prozac with alcohol. I'm a bit concerned because I know a lot of anti depressants you shouldn't be drinking with. As for diet wise make sure you have enough calories and your nutrients still balanced and you'll be fine.

Yes. I do that too. When I get to 160-165lbs my body seems happy and no matter what I can't seem to get below. Everyone's advice is to tighten up your logging but I was weighing everything I ate and would eat 500 calories below maintenance.
