Yes! They are crazy numbers sometimes which is why it is good to cut it in half. That way we don't intake more than needed. Besides I can barely get to my regular calorie goal as is. Crazy when you are no longer eating for hunger and eating to actually nourish your body. That's the biggest realization I have had this far.

I have learned it is important to eat back at least half of the additional exercise calories the app lists after a workout. It will never be a 100% accurate so it is good to not eat them all but eating half is very important to fuel your body after hard work. Thanks for posting. I am looking for the exact same thing as finding motivational friends and "checking in" with others has always helped me stay focused as I am being held accountable. I ultimately have 83 more pounds to lose to hit my final goal but for now I have about thirty to get to my first major goal.
